The Senior Account Executive works closely with the Account Management team to deliver marketing solutions to the client that drive revenue and profit growth. They work closely with the other disciplines in delivering and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities/Skills Needed

  • Manage the day-to-day functions of the account
  • Act as a resource to team members in helping flesh out ideas and bringing them to fruition
  • Contribute to overall idea generation and facilitate creative development process from conception to final execution
  • Work directly with client teams to understand client products, services, and technologies and ensure agency team is aligned
  • Keep apprised of clients products/services, competitive landscape and industry trends
  • Present clear, confident, poignant Pov’s (written and spoken) and ensure key information is delivered appropriately
  • Work and partner with interoffice Agency disciplines and external partners
  • Responsible for overseeing project execution, including securing approval of production estimates and overseeing budgets, and effectively evaluating options and risks and make decisions as appropriate
  • In conjunction with Account Director, manage production plans and timelines
  • Understand appropriate research techniques for strategy, creative and media needs
  • Evaluate creative work to ensure that it meets brand and project strategies/objectives, client demands and agency standards, and provide feedback for revisions
  • Initiate, present and complete value-added projects directly to client
  • Write contact reports and other materials
  • Approach brands from an integrated communication perspective
  • Continue to build expertise within the digital landscape

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Bilingual English/Spanish experience required
  • Five years related experience required, including experience working autonomously
  • Working knowledge of media channels
  • Experience presenting information both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated creative and innovated thinking
  • Ability to craft well thought out Pov’s
  • Traditional and digital/Social production experience required

This position is based in Costa Mesa, CA; hybrid schedule 2-days in office
