Overview

Partner with program leaders to deliver operational discipline, delivery excellence and speed to market for client(s). Capable advertising professional able to handle a broad variety of tasks with increasing independence and sound judgment. Work with Account Management leaders to apply knowledge about client’s competitive landscape and understand data/business results and their impact. Trusted to build relationships across all of the agency’s vast resources and capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing relationships with clients
  • Being the day-to-day project contact with lower level clients, creative teams and other agency part
  • Working integrally with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing great work
  • Basic understanding of staffing and scoping requirements
  • Assistance with project management/workflow system data entry and reporting
  • Recognizing scope changes and elevating to Account Supervisors
  • Managing multiple smaller projects and supporting more senior PM’s on larger projects
  • Daily monitoring around breaking issues, including the ability to spot errors in media coverage of the brand/client based on their understanding of the product/study outcomes with minimal supervision
  • Working alongside planning and account management leaders to produce simple creative briefs
  • Basic analyses and presentation of client’s business results and competitive landscapes to clients and agency team members
  • Understanding & respecting every department’s role within the agency
  • Contributes to the development and presentation of new business programs for potential and existing clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of advertising agency account experience managing “the making” or delivery of great work
  • Bachelors Degree in advertising, communications are related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Developed skills in research and analysis
  • Demonstrate strong commercial abilities and business and financial acumen

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Costa Mesa (Two days in office weekly)
