Account Executive

Oversee ongoing management of assigned projects(s): Plan and prioritize team workload and delegate responsibility to account team. Attend weekly internal status meetings with all departments for which there is work in progress Attend creative briefings. Avoid communication gaps by following up on internal work requests. Work with internal teams to develop strategy, turnaround times and preliminary budget estimates. Develop written proposals outlining program objectives, strategies, tactics and preliminary budgets and timelines. May initiate market research when additional consumer insight is warranted qualification and experience Bachelor degree in related field preferred. Seven plus years ad agency experience including 3 years minimum supervisory experience. Candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English. Bi-cultural preferred. Strategic Planner

Ensures that all strategic initiatives “work” by contributing to the strategic process through brief generation; research design, implementation and analysis; intelligence support, etc. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Create inspiring, relevant creative briefs and translate insight into ideas and subsequent management of idea across all media Apply, develop and conduct different primary research techniques to garner and unearth insights that spark the creative process Execution of appropriate creative projects across media – brief writing to presentation Responsible for evaluating the effects of the campaign in the marketplace Responsible for the client and team management on appropriate research and communication projects qualification and experience Bachelor’s degree 4-5 years account planner experience in advertising. CPG experience a plus.
